Covid-19 Statement

COVID – 19 BOOKING INFORMATION

Safety of our guests, housekeepers and maintenance teams is and will always be, our top priority. We are committed to do everything we can during these uncertain times. Covid-19 guidelines are continually changing and we want to ensure that the fairest and easiest booking conditions are offered if a holiday cannot proceed because of any new restrictions.

In the event of a further National lockdown or local lockdown of the house’s location at the time your stay is due to commence, we will offer to transfer your holiday to an alternative available date or, if you choose, offer a full refund.

If there is a UK Government legal restriction in place on your hometown when your stay is due to start, then we will offer to transfer your booking to an alternative available date. If this is not a suitable option for you, then a full refund will be offered.

In the event that there are restrictions on party size and your party size does not conform with what is allowable for social gatherings within government legislation, then we will allow you to continue with your booking by reducing or readjusting your party to allow you to comply with the legislation or transfer your booking to another alternative available date.

In the unfortunate event that before your stay one of your party becomes ill with Covid-19 or has to self isolate, then we will offer to transfer your stay to an alternative date. If you are unable to do this, we will offer to advertise and attempt to rebook the stay. If we are then able to secure a booking, a full refund will be offered. If neither of these options is suitable, then our normal terms and conditions apply.

When transferring to an alternative date for your stay, price adjustments will be made if the pricing is more or less than your original booking

If, prior to your stay, you experience symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone who’s showing symptoms, please follow the Government guidelines and isolate at home. No One should travel for their holiday under these circumstances.
If you develop symptoms during your stay, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can take the appropriate actions to deep clean the property and that you return home immediately.

COVID -19 CLEANING

Be assured that our Housekeepers have attended and completed Covid-19 cleaning courses and always wear personal protective equipment when providing services at the house. A thorough two step cleaning protocol is undertaken at each guest change over, which involves a thorough clean first followed by sanitising each room with an approved BS EN 1276 product. Extra attention is paid to hard surfaces and frequently touched points, which includes keys, light switches, door handles, bannister rails, remote controls and kitchen appliances.

Anti bacterial cleaning products and hand soap will be provided for guests staying at the house. To help maintain good hygiene standards.

It may be that normal check in and check out times need to be adjusted to allow the Housekeepers to complete any additional cleaning protocols, but you will be advised of this nearer the time of your stay.
